Shared Office Space

Getting started in private practice difficult after graduations. and Earl Ledford is helping to make that difficulty a little LESS difficult! He is founder of ACF Therapy Associates in Melbourne, Florida. The mission is to serve master level students, registered interns, and people in the community that cannot afford high insurance co-pays or fees established by licensed professionals. 

Master level students interested in starting their own private practice are encouraged to complete their second field placements with ACF Therapy Associates where they are able to develop their policies and procedures, establish a community presence, and network while completing their clinical placements. Once they graduate they can continue their quest at ACF Therapy Associates.

We have a graduated plan for office rent and supervision that is linked to the number of clients the registered interns has in their caseload. A registered intern can start seeing people one day per week with no cost to them until they are scheduling an average of five people for that day. At that point they are required to pay $100.00 per month for the use of the office space one day each week with no cost for their supervision. As their caseload increases the cost for rent and supervision increases. 

Students and registered interns participating in this program agree to see clients at $15.00 per session for students and $35.00 per session for registered interns as part of ACF Therapy Associates’ Community Service Program. Once licensed, the therapist are free to move their practice to a location of their choice.

We have a sparkling facility that offers a comfortable serene waiting area, Health Bar and a spacious Conference room, ( seats up to 60 ) with projector, computer, audio and video, perfect for seminars and group therapy sessions. The typical size of our offices our between 110 sf to 130 sf and are fully furnished with wraparound desk, book shelf, filing cabinet, all-in one computer, phone, wi-fi and printer.

We also have a spacious conference room ( with a projector, computer, writing tablet and 60″ smart television ) that seats up to 60 people that is also for lease

Our entire staff, are professional independent contractors, which refer clients amongst each other to enhance the clients health and well-being! In many cases the office space is shared between professionals to help limit the cost of their expenses!

The Rates for Office Space:

• $750.00 per month for a full time space 24hrs a day 7 days a week
  
• $125.00 per month for part time space 24 hrs a day 1 day a week, 4 weeks a month
  
• $250.00 per month for part time space 24 hrs a day 2 days a week, 4 weeks a month
  
• $375.00 per month for part time space 24 hrs a day 3 days a week, 4 weeks a month 

The Rates for Conference Room Space:

•  $250.00 for a full day ( 8hrs )  
• $150.00 for a half day ( 4 hrs )
